*The Austrian Association of the Film and Music Industry (Film and Music Austria - FAMA) covers the participation fee for Austrian FAMA members and representatives of Austrian industry institutions (associations, funding agencies, ministry departments, etc.). Participation is also free of cost for participants in the "Begegnung mit der Praxis" speed dating sessions.

You will have access to the online B2B matchmaking platform. Here, you can create your own individual online profile and book 1:1 meetings with national and international industry experts. Your profile will remain visible on the event platform for 12 months - Admission to the networking evening on January 18, 2024

The invoice will be electronically sent to the email address you have published in your profile account after the event. If you cancel your registration within 7 days before the event, a no show fee of EUR 60,- will be charged.
EXHIBITOR PACKAGE - BOOK A STAND FOR MAXIMUM VISIBILITY
EUR 500,- (plus 5 % advertising tax)

This package includes:
- On-site exhibitor space of around 4m², which serves as your own B2B area
- Visibility as Exhibitor on the event platform in the "Exhibitors" section
- All services of the On-Site Participant Ticket (see above) are also included
The invoice will be electronically sent to the email address you have published in your profile account after the event. If you cancel your registration within 14 days before the event, a no show fee of EUR 500,- will be charged.
SPONSOR PACKAGE - BOOK A STAND AND ADVERTISING SPACE FOR MAXIMUM VISIBILITY
EUR 1.000,- (plus 5 % advertising tax)
Registration deadline: December 29, 2023
This package includes:
- On-site exhibitor space of around 4m², which serves as your own B2B area
- Extra advertising space at the on-site sponsor area
- Visibility as a sponsor on the event platform and all print and digital products
- All services of the On-Site Participant Ticket (see above) are also included
The invoice will be electronically sent to the email address you have published in your profile account after the event. If you cancel your registration within 14 days before the event, a no show fee of EUR 1.000,- will be charged.
